Job description

Shalestone, Inc. is looking for a Roustabout Pusher to join our team. This individual will have roustabout duties involving pipe fitting, construction, painting, and other maintenance, etc. duties while leading a roustabout crew.


Essential Duties:

  • Supervise roustabout crew per standard operating procedures and guidelines

  • Communicate updates frequently to Branch Manager

  • Monitor and drive elevated team member performance

  • Lead step by step objectives of each project (yard, mobilization, on-site execution, travel)

  • Comply with daily HSE and incident reporting requirements

  • Lifting and moving materials greater than 50 pounds

  • The frequent use of hand tools and implements

  • Operates small construction equipment. I.e. backhoe, skid steer, pressure washer

  • Hydrotesting and pressure test charting of water infrastructure

  • Install and repair pipelines

  • Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned


    Responsibilities:

  • Show up to work on time, prepared for each day

  • Follow direction and mentorship provided by Branch Manager

  • Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, equipment, and locations we work on

  • Report all incidents immediately to Branch Manager

  • Wear appropriate PPE for the job assigned

Job requirements

  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug testing

  • Valid CDL A license preferred, and approved motor vehicle record

  • Local Candidate

    4+ years of proven experience in a similar role
