Job Title:
Fluid Containment Supervisor

Wage Range:
$22.00 - $26.00

Job Summary:

Shalestone, Inc. is currently hiring Supervisors within our Fluid Containment division in Nunn, Colorado. The effective Supervisor will lead crews in the daily fabrication, installation and removal of secondary containment. This position reports into the Field Operations Manager.

Essential Duties:

· Supervise Installers, Operators and subcontractors per standard operating procedures and guidelines.

· Communicate updates frequently to Field Operations Manager/Coordinator.

· Identify and communicate solutions as deviations from daily scope or plan arise.

· Monitor and drive elevated team member performance.

· Lead step by step objectives of each project (yard, mobilization, on-site execution, travel).

· Hold Installers and Operators accountable to meet internal and customer expectations.

· Know and meet customer HSE and operational expectations and requirements.

· Comply with daily HSE and incident reporting requirements.

· Supervise on-site sub-contractors. Create accountability to internal and customer expectations/requirements.

· Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
· Your safety and that of the crew and subcontractors you are supervising and the location(s) in which you are working, is your first responsibility.

· Show up to work on time, prepared for each day.

· Follow direction and mentorship provided by Field Operations Manager/Coordinator.

· Clock in-and-out with precision.

· Maintain clear work areas, clean vehicles, clean equipment, and clean facilities.

· Report all incidents to Field Operations Manager/Coordinator immediately.

· Safe operation of company vehicles.

Qualifications:
· Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug and alcohol testing.

· Valid driver's license and approved motor vehicle record

· Local Candidate (Greeley, CO and surrounding area)
