Job description
The District Manager is responsible for managing multiple branch locations within the oil and gas industry and are evaluated according to safety, operational and financial performance metrics. The District Manager is responsible for providing solutions for the customers and maintains employee retention.
Essential Duties:
Full-Time
Travel required (weight percentage, based on branch needs)
Collaborate with other managers, and upper management to overcome challenges, create effective use of company-wide assets, and promote a successful operation
Fosters healthy safety culture
Identifies and mitigates risk and liability
Leads such that Shalestone is dependable, trusted and competent
Continually monitors active jobs; prepares for and coordinates upcoming jobs
Hiring and managing team members to be successful
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Seeking candidates who have proven management experience within the Oil and Gas Industry
Valid driver’s license and approved driving record (no more than two moving violations in 3 years)
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Strong understanding of oil and gas operations
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug testing
