Essential Duties:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, taking into consideration organizational, employee and customer need

  • Full-time position. Days and hours worked dependent on organizational and customer requirements and employee needs

  • Collaborating with other Area Managers for local support needs

  • Engage with departmental management (HR, EHS, Fleet / DOT, BD and Accounting) to ensure company objectives and support needs are achieved

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Insurable to operate a company vehicle

  • Maintain active status in DISA

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Teams

  • Proven management or supervisory level experience

  • Oil and gas industry or similar operational environment experience

  • A willingness to travel to achieve organizational objectives

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years supervising or managing water transfer operations

  • Bilingual - Spanish / English

  • Local to the San Juan Basin

  • Sales experience within the oil and gas industry in San Juan Basin

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize a safe and healthy work environment

  • Focus on achieving specific objectives and desired outcomes

  • Scheduling of crews / scheduling assistance on larger projects, HOS management

  • Inventory tracking and management of company owned assets

  • Inventory management of rented / leased assets

  • Asset repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance execution

  • Addressing customer and employee matters

  • Field to office paperwork flow

  • Quality communication flow

  • Organization of office, yard and shop

  • Hiring / onboarding, terminations

  • Completing required administrative duties

  • Payroll time approvals

  • Job walks, quote / estimate build assistance

  • Project award pricing and actual execution reconciliation (invoicing, change orders, etc.)

  • Business forecasting and best use of available resources

  • Personnel hierarchy and career path planning

  • Accountability and development of local team members

  • Departmental training (EHS, HR, DOT, Fleet, Operational, Talent Development)
